Healing Through Stillness -
Meditation for Veterans & Survivors of Trauma

Healing Through Stillness is Korinji’s free program offering instruction in practices of body, breath, and mind passed down by great meditators of the past.

Adapted for people of many physical conditions and levels of experience, these practices can help participants return to the body, steady the breath, settle the mind, and work more skillfully with patterns such as overthinking, panic, and dissociation.

This program is not psychotherapy, medical treatment, psychiatric treatment, addiction treatment, or crisis care. It may serve as a supportive practice resource, but it should not replace care from qualified medical or mental-health professionals. If you are in immediate danger, suicidal, or in emotional crisis, call 988 in the United States, call emergency services, or go to the nearest emergency room.

Healing Through Stillness is offered free of charge through a six-part online course (introduction and parts 1-3 below...stay tuned for the next part, to be released shortly!)

Healing Through Stillness is made possible by grants to The Korinji Foundation from The Community Foundation of South Central Wisconsin and The Wagner Fund for Spiritual Arts.
