The Korinji Foundation
Board of Directors

The Korinji Foundation was founded in 2005 by Meido Roshi, who serves as its President. The Foundation is recognized in the United States as a nonprofit public charity under IRS code section 501(c)(3).

The Directors on our board work to advise the Korinji abbot, guide the development of our monastery, act as legal and fiscal guardians of our community, and support our network of affiliated meditation groups worldwide. Read below to get to know our current board members.
